Process
Our Process
How a bespoke fixture is made: concept moodboard, CAD and shop drawings, a 1:1 physical prototype, then precision production with a pre-hang load test before shipment.
Engineering Capabilities
From Moodboard to Pre-hang — 4 Visible Steps
What we actually sell is not off-the-shelf product — it is the engineering capability to turn a single sketch into a few-hundred-kilogram safety-rated chandelier, fully documented and pre-tested before it leaves the workshop.

Designer's concept translated into material palette, finish swatches, and reference imagery. Signed off before any drawing is started.

3D SolidWorks models and full shop drawings: every weld, fastener, and load path dimensioned. Structural calculations attached.

A full-scale prototype is built, finished, and signed off in person. No tooling release before the client sees the real article.

Each fixture is pre-assembled in the workshop, level-checked, load-tested, then knocked down for shipment. Reassembly drawing shipped inside the crate.
Hard Materials
Spec-grade, not showroom-grade
- Stainless steel: SUS304 / SUS316 marine grade, 1.5–3 mm wall thickness
- Crystal: K9 optical crystal, hand-cut, PbO ≥ 24%
- Seismic: Seismic-rated engineering to IBC / ASCE 7 where required
- Fasteners: ISO 898 grade 8.8 minimum, A4-80 for coastal sites
Documentation
Documentation, on request
- Material certificates (mill sheet) for steel, brass, crystal — available on request
- Weld procedure & welder qualification records — available on request
- Pre-hang load test report — available on request
- Site-reassembly drawing + parts list inside each crate
- By-model test reports (UL / ETL / CE / RoHS) under our audited supply chain — available on request
